This Service & Storage Agreement is between Live Junkless Charleston, LLC, doing business as First + Final
("First + Final"), and the client listed below ("Client"). It covers the receiving, storage, delivery, and installation
services we provide for Client projects.

1. SERVICES
First + Final provides receiving, storage, delivery, and installation services as requested by Client. Depending
on the project, those services may include:
• Receiving shipments on Client's behalf and matching them to the correct project.
• Photographing and visually inspecting items at the time of receipt.
• Notifying Client of visible damage, defects, or shipment discrepancies.
• Secure warehouse storage, organized and tracked by project and item.
• Coordinating deliveries and consolidating items for installation.
• White-glove delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, and debris removal.
OUR RECEIVING STANDARD Every shipment is checked in, photographed, and added to Client's project
record within one business day of arrival. If we miss that standard, the receiving fee for that shipment is
waived.
2. RATES
Services are billed at the rates below. We may update our rates with 30 days' written notice.

Storage $3.00 / sq ft / month 50 sq ft minimum; billed monthly
Receiving & inspection $20 / item Flat fee
White-glove delivery $225 / hour 2-person crew; 1-hour minimum
Room-of-choice delivery $185 / hour
Threshold delivery $160 / hour
Drop-off delivery $135 / hour
Damage / open inspection $10–$80 Based on item weight
Warehouse pickup $45 Flat platform fee for 3rd-party mover pickup
Trash / debris disposal $100 Per 1/8 truckload
3. BILLING & PAYMENT
• Storage is billed at month-end and prorated by day for partial months.
• Delivery, receiving, and other service charges are billed when the service is completed.
• Client agrees to keep a valid payment method on file for charges due under this Agreement.
• Invoices are due within 15 days. Balances unpaid after 30 days may accrue interest at the maximum rate
allowed by South Carolina law.
• ACH / bank transfer is accepted without an additional fee. Credit card payments may include a processing
fee, disclosed when the payment method is set up.

4. INSURANCE, VALUATION & LIABILITY
First + Final maintains warehouse insurance coverage for its warehouse operations. Coverage for any loss
involving Client's goods is subject to the applicable policy's terms, conditions, limits, deductibles, and
exclusions. This coverage does not guarantee payment for every loss or full replacement value of Client's
goods.
We use ordinary care when handling, storing, and delivering Client's goods. Unless Client declares a higher
value in writing, goods are valued at $0.60 per pound per article for purposes of a claim under this Agreement.
A higher declared value may be available for an additional charge per storage period; pricing will be provided
on request.
This valuation is not insurance. Client should consult its insurance provider to confirm appropriate coverage for
goods in storage and in transit and determine whether additional coverage is needed.
Our liability is limited to the terms of this section and does not include consequential damages, loss of use, or
delay, except where caused by our failure to use ordinary care.
5. WAREHOUSEMAN'S LIEN
First + Final has a lien on Client's goods in our possession for unpaid storage, delivery, labor, and related
charges, consistent with the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in South Carolina, including S.C. Code §
36-7-209. If charges remain unpaid after written notice, we may enforce that lien as permitted by applicable
law.
6. TERM, ENDING SERVICE & ACCESS
• This Agreement stays in effect until either party ends it with 30 days' written notice.
• Client may access stored goods at any time during normal warehouse operating hours.
• Client may request delivery of stored goods at any time. First + Final will schedule and complete delivery as
soon as our delivery schedule allows.
• When the Agreement ends, all outstanding charges become due. Client must arrange removal of remaining
goods within 30 days. Goods left beyond that period may be treated as abandoned, subject to applicable law.
7. CONDITION RECORDS
Client has 10 days after receiving our inventory and condition documentation to dispute an item's documented
condition in writing. After that 10-day period, our documentation will be treated as the accepted record of the
item's condition.
8. AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with the current rate card referenced here, is the full agreement between First +
Final and Client for these services. Any change must be in writing and signed by both parties. If one provision
cannot be enforced, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.
