We receive, inspect and document your furniture. Bulk pallet receiving for trade/commodity accounts is $25 per pallet. Separately scoped damage/open inspections carry the fees below.

StorageIn our care, until you’re ready.$3 / sq ft / month+

50 sq ft minimum ($150/month). Invoiced at month-end, with daily proration for partial months. We’ll confirm the space your inventory requires.

White-glove includes room-of-choice placement, furniture assembly and debris removal. Two-person crew; one-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments. Extra crew or trucks are quoted separately.

Yes. Forward the guide or a specific estimate. Your client can include your studio name when starting a project.

What happens after I submit? +

Your request is saved to our team inbox. You receive a private project link where you can review and sign the agreement. We then review, countersign and confirm receiving instructions and scheduling. No email app is needed.

Billing, coverage & the agreement +

Storage is invoiced at month-end; other services when completed. Invoices are due within 15 days. ACH carries no additional fee; any card fee is disclosed at setup.

The agreement’s default valuation is $0.60 per pound per article, not insurance or guaranteed replacement value. Ask about higher declared value before shipping. Condition disputes must be raised in writing within 10 days of receiving the condition record.
